vlp2 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vlp2 ("vlp2", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the vlp2 platform at vlp2.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

vlp2 operates as an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related gaming services to players in the Bangladesh market. All services are provided on an "as is" basis, subject to these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform from time to time.

vlp2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Any amendments will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document regularly to ensure you remain aware of the current Terms.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any additional rules published on the platform, the more specific rule shall prevail in relation to the subject matter in question, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

Access to and use of the vlp2 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. vlp2 operates a strict 18+ only policy with no exceptions. Minors are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any gaming activity on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under local law applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or officer of vlp2 or any of its affiliated companies, game studios, or payment partners, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written permission has been granted by vlp2 management.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the vlp2 platform or any affiliated platform for any reason.

vlp2 is committed to preventing underage gambling. We employ industry-standard age verification procedures at the point of registration and during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We reserve the right to request government-issued identity documents at any time to verify a player's age and identity. Where age cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction, the account will be suspended and any balance held pending verification.

Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made to such an account will be returned to the depositing payment method where technically feasible, and any winnings or bonus funds accrued will be forfeited in full.

To access the full range of services on the vlp2 platform, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current, and you agree to keep your account information up to date at all times.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on vlp2 at any given time. It is strictly prohibited to register, operate, or benefit from more than one account, whether directly or through an intermediary. This policy applies regardless of the payment methods, device, IP address, or personal details used during registration. Where multiple accounts are detected, vlp2 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, and winnings held across those accounts.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

vlp2 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to making a withdrawal, or upon request by our compliance team:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing name and number)
• Source of funds documentation where required by internal risk assessment protocols

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by the vlp2 compliance team may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or the closure of your account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your vlp2 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. vlp2 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling 2FA where available. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is your responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.

All financial transactions on the vlp2 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). vlp2 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfers.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your vlp2 account balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method selected. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. vlp2 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposits identified will be returned to the originating account, and the vlp2 account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the vlp2 payments team within the timeframes published in the cashier section, subject to completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements. vlp2 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for verified accounts using supported MFS payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account number used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the vlp2 payments team. vlp2 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request where fraud prevention or anti-money laundering obligations require it.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no hidden currency conversion fees applied by vlp2. International card transactions (Visa, Mastercard) are displayed in BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

vlp2 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available. The following general bonus conditions apply to all vlp2 promotions unless otherwise explicitly stated:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion detail page. Until the full wagering requirement has been met, bonus-derived funds remain in a restricted balance and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a valid vlp2 account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus offer, including the deposit match percentage, maximum bonus amount, and wagering requirement, is as published on the vlp2 promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, once per household, and once per payment account number.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

vlp2 reserves the right to void bonuses and to close accounts where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, colluding with other players to exploit bonus structures, or using any automated or third-party tool to assist in meeting wagering obligations.

5.4 Free Spins

Free spin promotions are valid only on the specific game or games stated in the offer. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement published in the promotion terms. Free spins expire at the time stated in the offer; unused free spins cannot be carried over after the expiry date and time.

By using the vlp2 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Violation of any of these obligations may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and throughout the life of your account. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Personal use only: Your vlp2 account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise allow any third party to access or use your account.
• Lawful use: You must use the vlp2 platform only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• No manipulation: You must not attempt to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market through the use of software exploits, bots, automated tools, collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating.
• Respectful conduct: You must treat vlp2 staff and other platform users with respect in all communications. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at support staff will not be tolerated.
• Compliance with limits: You must comply with all betting limits, deposit limits, and game-specific rules as published on the platform. Attempting to circumvent any limits through technical means or through the use of multiple accounts is prohibited.
• No intellectual property infringement: You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the vlp2 platform, including game assets, promotional materials, or proprietary software, without express written permission from vlp2.

Either party may close or suspend a vlp2 account in accordance with the provisions set out in this section.

7.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your vlp2 account at any time by contacting our support team at support at vlp2.net. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed to your registered payment method. Any remaining account balance will be returned to your primary payment method, subject to KYC verification. Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

7.2 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary cooling-off period or a full self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools available in the account settings, or by contacting our support team directly. 7.3 Closure or Suspension by vlp2

vlp2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual
• Suspected use of automated software, bots, or any form of cheating
• Any other circumstance in which vlp2 reasonably determines that continued account operation poses a risk to the platform, to other players, or to the integrity of the games

In the event of account closure by vlp2 due to a breach of these Terms, any balances may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, vlp2 reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the account balance as compensation for damages incurred.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vlp2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activities, including losses on sports bets, casino games, or crash game outcomes
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance, system failures, or force majeure events
• Loss or corruption of account data resulting from circumstances beyond vlp2's reasonable control
• Delayed or failed transactions caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software bugs in third-party certified game engines, where the error has been promptly reported to and acknowledged by the relevant game studio

vlp2 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and data integrity, we make no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties is not permitted by law, those warranties are excluded only to the maximum extent permitted.

8.1 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and vlp2 arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. vlp2 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution mechanism applicable under the laws governing this agreement.

8.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and vlp2 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
